Please provide copies of 1 form of photo ID and 1 proof of address as two separate files, ensuring that all 4 corners of the documents are visible, with no redacted information. The types of documents we can accept for this are detailed below.

Please note that we require this identification in order to send your funds, but are able to secure an exchange rate for you in the meantime. If you are struggling to provide the identification requested, please do not hesitate to give the Compliance team a call on 01494 787 474.

in order to be used these documents must:

  1. Utility/ Landline phone bill
  2. Bank/ Building Society/ Credit Card Statement
  3. Mortgage Statement
  4. Current tenancy agreement
  1. Be less than 3 months old
  2. Match the exact address details you signed up with
  3. Be a copy of the original document or a downloaded PDF
  1. Council tax bill
  1. Be for the current billing period
  1. Benefits agency documentation
  2. HMRC tax correspndance
  1. Be less than 3 months old
  2. Match the exact address details you signed up with
  3. Be a copy of the original document or a downloaded PDF
  4. Include either NI number or DOB
